Mt. [Mount] Revelstoke B.C. [British Columbia] July 3/37 [1937] 6000'
This morning found 2 [female symbol] pack rats in traps
set in large rock slide. Both animals adult +
pelage in beautiful condition. One contained
4 embryos (#60) one of which was very much larger
than the other there. Development appx [approximately] 25% + 50%
No [number] 61 contained 3 embryos about 90% dev. [developed].
July 4/3 [1937]. Took a large [male symbol] Pack rat this a.m.
from steel trap set 5 ft [feet] up in tree. Same trap
that caught one of the females yesterday.
