Saw a large very yellow
Porcupine.
June 4. [1932] Shifted camp up to 10 mile
lake amid a storm of hailstones.
Road in terrible condition, most
of the way in low gear.
Saw a [female symbol] Ruffed Grouse with downy
young.
Made camp about 50 yds [yards] from the
Lakeshore on the east side of
the lake.
Set two rabbit snares one of
which caught a small [female symbol] rabbit
This animal had 10 or 12 worms
in the abdomen, look like a long
thin transparent, flattened
