Parasites contd [continued]:
Fasciola magna.
In a large surface cyst
on the dorsal [word crossed out] ventral surface of the liver
was the disintegrating remains of
a fluke. It was completely surrounded
by a tough conn. [connective] tissue cyst wall.
The liver also had an adhesion
to the diaphragm at the margin
mid-ventrally.
Dictyolcaulus [Dictyocaulus] [underlined]. The lungs contained
small numbers of lung worm
+ the extreme apex of both the
right + left main lobe had
the epithelium of the bronchi
+ bronchioles greatly thickened,
the terminal 1 1/2 inches in each
lung was dark greenish black
Elsewhere in the lungs were
small yellow cyst-like deposits
+ in one of the [words crossed out] the right narrow lobe
was a red consolidated area

in cecum.
