Knapp, eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Bernard Knapp, of Toronto. Mr. Wills, who returned from overseas service a few months ago, is a member of The Times editorial staff, and is well-known in journalistic circles throughout the West. The bride has many friends in Victoria, she having spent some months here four years ago. Mr. and Mrs. Wills will make their home in this city, and are expected home some time within the next few weeks.
