Information from Major Allan [Cyril] Brooks.
With regard to Shorts Creek Pikas
estimated some 60 head present in
1912 + 13. He found none above the
big falls on the creek. Confirming
this - Siwash Wilson - on many trips
from Shorts Creek to Nicola saw no
sheep after leaving the creek.
[Allan Cyril] Brooks never saw sheep on
the terrace of [illegible name] Mt. [Mountain] but they
visited there occassionally [occasionally] -
particularly the rams.
