Saw an old wolf track on the trail
near the summit of Siffleur Pass
and another heading in the opposite
direction just below camp.

Walter Childs tells me that on July 6, he
saw a gray wolf on the Goat River
not far above its junction with the
Spray.
Brazeau Basin July 28/43 [1943]
Saw fresh wolf tracks on trail 3 miles
below Nigel Pass on Brazeau.
