On almost exactly half a
section I saw deer as follows.
12 does, 2 bucks, 4 yearlings, 2 deer
20 deer in all or about 40 per
square mile.

Behaviour:-
All deer feeding until 9:30 at
which time saw a yearling bedded
in full sun on a mossy
rock bluff. At 10:15 jumped a
buck + doe both bedded. Others
seen up to 10:30 were all feeding.
