Mr [Kenneth] Racey took 2 [female symbol]'s on
bench above river. I had many
traps set in the river
bottom but it seems that
there are no gophers there at
this time of the year. All
the digging is old.
Took two adult males
7 ft [feet] apart the same night
in some fresh workings
near cony rockslide. The
[male symbol]'s are still sexually active.
One [female symbol] had just given birth
+ the uterus was still inflamed
+ slightly swollen.

Took a very small +
very mangy gopher but
did not preserve it.
