The first specimen secured in the flesh was
No [number] [space left blank] given to me by Dr Bryan Williams who
found it dead in his house, it having flown

stomach or gizzard.
1/29/21 [January 29 1921] These birds have become very abundant

the gutters filled up that they had
to be cleaned out as the drains
became blocked.
Have frequently seen a good sized
flock of Starlings on the wires + poles
at the corner of Powell + Carroll Sts. [Streets].

in this shelter for about half an hour
