- Mustela frenata orabasa
Mt. [Mount] Revelstoke B.C. [British Columbia] July 24. 1937.
Caught a [female symbol] orabasa in no [number] 1 jump set at foot
of dead cedar, for flying squirrel. Bait was ground
squirrel, red squirrel + mouse. This weasel
(spec. [specimen] #177) is a large female + stomach contained
portion of the bait eaten before being caught.
This specimen is typically orange bellied + with
a white chin. It has the dark spots at base
of mouth.
