Took 1 female T. f [Thomomys fuscus] fuscus
in burrow on sage flat
beside Peterson Cr. [Creek], same
workings as previous one
Took 6 voles in runways on
East slope, covered with bunch
grass. Found two dung piles,
one with 2 entrances + one
with 3. Fresh cuttings of Bunch
grass in runways. Two
"white-foots" were taken
at the mouth of a small
hole on one of the microtus
runs, 3 others taken amid
sage + saskatoon berry thickets
