First influx for the year. When
I returned here on the 27th there were
lots of them everywhere.

Chipping sparrows here are
feeding the young out of the
nest. Found in scattered
family groups along the
edges of the aspen woods.

Flocking for migration
Saw a flock of about 40
today. They were feeding
in the long grass of an
open hillside.

Several singing males arrived
this morning.

Abundant + with many well grown
young some of which the parents were
still feeding.
