Transcript |
- In another place I found where
a buck had horned a
tree, ripping the bark to shreds
July 21, 1937. Mt [Mount] Revelstoke, B.C. [British Columbia]
Mr Jack Green, barber in Revelstoke
tells me that on the upland along
the Columbia [west bank] reached
from the Jordan River trail (contact
the Transfer people about packers)
caribou, grizzly + goat are abundant.
About 5 miles north of
Revelstoke the caribou cross the
river in the fall + head up
into the park somewhere to
winter.
