Went the rounds of Beresford, Separation
a good lake on lot # [space left blank] where Pat [Patrick Waldyve Martin]
has a nest box up.
3 pr [pairs] Ruddy, 2 pr [pairs] mallard, 4 pr. [pairs] scaup + 2 [male symbol]
3 pintail prs [pairs] + 3 Goldeneye Pairs.
On Brigade Lake there were several
pairs of Canvasback + 4 odd males,
3 or 4 prs [pairs] of redheads, + a groups of scaup.
McLeod Lake had 9 pr. [pairs] of Barrows
apparently on territory, 1 pr [pair] baldpate,
3 pr [pairs] scaup + 2 lesser [word crossed out] [male symbol]'s. 1 pr [pair] mallard
1 pr [pair] bufflehead.
