- Myotis
Ootsa Lake July 21/36 [1936]
There are no bats about here.
On a recent trip to Eutsuk
Lake I saw bats at only 2 places -
at the mouth of Surel Creek, where
one was shot, + at the portage at
the end of St [Saint] Thomas Bay - both
on Eutsuk lake. They started
flying at 8:45.
Cultus Lake, BC. [British Columbia] May 29-31/42 [1942]
Myotis yumanensis [underlined] abundant flying
erratically low over the lake. Emerged
just at dusk - later than Lasionycteris. [underlined]
7 [female symbol]'s taken 4 with single pregnancies
