Mt [Mount] Revelstoke B.C. [British Columbia] July 2/37 [1937]. 6000' A fine
[male symbol] was taken by Ian [McTaggart Cowan] n. [north] west of camp in bushes
below rockslide.
July 3/37 [1937] A [male symbol] was taken by [Ian McTaggart] Cowan quarter of a mile
below where Ian [McTaggart Cowan] took the [male symbol] yesterday. Brood
patch very much in evidence.
July 13/37 [1937]. Took an ad [adult] [male symbol] a few yards below
cabin at Eva Lake. Testes very small ([circle drawn]) indicating
long past breeding time. This bird was in heavy moult.
