- March 6 Friday . Going over organ-music note with Laura. Korda “not calling on me” this month. Letter from Jenny about her life. Went to Salerosa to greet Betty & Jennifer who had brought me a hat I had ordered. Laura disgusted by Catalina's mess in the cellars. Practically gave notice. Going over Sch. Anecdotes of Art dealing till very late. Telegram from Watt announcing arrival of manuscripts. Laura's new grey-green suit. Wrote to V.W.R: Laura too. Today L.H. sees Arnie about leave to publish.
