Letter from William Plomer to John Betjeman, September 08, 1947
Part of a collection of letters to John Betjeman from William Plomer (British poet, novelist and literary editor). Plomer tells Betjeman that he has enclosed Hassall's rough script for his archives or preface, He also mentions that he passed on Betjeman's message to Joe Ackerley, who was happy to receive it.
