Transcript

• Aug 5 Friday. Distant thunder: air cooller cooler . Going over poems all day Rode into Montauban with Montague & there found from Pinson that Laura had to go in again about her carte de tourisme ; failing which a fine of 100 francs a day.. There is some petty point about the existing document not having her parents names filled in Worked until 1 o clock. A little evening dictionary work with Laura & Alan.
