Transcript

• Sept 6 Sunday Troy a little. Shown over the garden mostly made by Mr. M. with his own hands, and the house, the ancient and the modern part. Mr. M. took me to buy lobsters at a big breeding ground near at Warsal. In evening to Southampton & saw Eddie Cantor in "Strike me Pink". Over radio news of withdrawal of Majorcan expedition. Mr. M pro-rebel, gradually his views mildening.
