- March 5 Thursday Went once more over A.F.G. Letter from A.G., writing her memoirs. To Posada, planted a Canpabo rose & replanted pinks. Laura unwell (dull cold heavy day) & went to bed in afternoon, as yesterday. G. sailed tonight. Gordon sent a love-novel; sent back. Visit, goodbye, to Nickel & Fraulein Query. At night I worked over Sch. note on organ-music: in bed. G. stopped men working on deposito .
