  • March 3O Saturday Made out money-prospects. Rosa's daughter came (Rosa resfriada) said that Isabel could rent Rosa's cottage. Mended fan and bowl of Miguel's. Went to village to get Miguel to mend the cellar-door and his wife gave us still another bowl: a hawk pattern. Wired it and hung it up in the guest-room. The mason came & finished the porch arbour supports. To Lluchalcari with Salamo ; saw Karl's sa vende on box. Letter from Malcolm ; exculpating himself of the Belfrage thing. Sent him a Focus and 7 Leaves to Harold . To Margarita with Laura's silk dress to be made. Gelat got 5OO pesetas for us (Short cheque). Copy of No Decency [Left] to Korda Freezias finished. Loquats turning yellow.
