Enman Spec. Houses [Project: 070-03-64]

Project material consists of one large folder of architectural drawings and other material pertaining to the design of a series of spec houses possibly for an individual or company by the name of “Enman”. The intended location of these homes was likely in the Henderson neighbourhood of Oak Bay. The exact location or whether any of these residences were built is undetermined. Included are floor plans; elevations; sketches; notes; and other material produced at various stages of the design process.
