Warren Residence, Saanich B.C. [Project: 113-05-69/113-04-74]

Project material consists of two large folders of architectural drawings and other material pertaining to the design and subsequent additions and alterations to the Warren Residence, located at 2989 Baynes Road in Saanich, B.C. The Warrens are identified as Dr. James D. Warren and Joan Warren. The additions and alterations include a greenhouse and an electronic music studio. Included are site plans; foundation plans; floor plans; roof plans; framing plans; ceiling plans; cadastral maps; elevations; section drawings; detail drawings; landscaping plans; electrical plans; HVAC plans; plumbing plans; colour schedules and design plans; paint swatches; notes; sketches; and other material produced at various stages of the design process. The Warren Residence received the National Heritage Conservation Award in 1981 and is a designated heritage site by the Municipality of Saanich.
