By-laws of the Chinese Canadian Friendship Association, 1971

This document explains the regulations of the association, and lists the names, addresses and occupations of the founding members in 1971. Signed on 25 January 1971. Later name: Chinese Canadian Cultural Association. The association headquartered at 535 Fisgard Street, Victoria, B.C. and was intended to help new immigrants from China adapt to life in Canada.
