Letter from Goldsworthy Lowes Dickinson to Herbert Read, March 11, [1929?]

Part of a collection of correspondence between Herbert Read and Goldsworthy Lowes Dickinson (British political scientist and philosopher, associated with the Bloomsbury Group). Lowes Dickinson thanks Read for a book about war and is glad that Read spoke well about the book by Goethe that he suggested in another letter and says he especially likes the quote from it "Men will up dung in the hope that it will turn into cream".
