Plans, elevations, section and details. Includes some pencil amendments. Additions to a one-storey house originally built in 1913 by Warburton Pike. To the rear of the existing cottage are added a bed-sitting room, bathroom and an enclosed porch. A storeroom is added to the side of the kitchen, and a new veranda wraps around two sides of the original structure.
