Official Map of Comox District. 1865.

The District of Comox on the east coast of Vancouver Island with numbered plots of land covering it. Includes Comox Harbour, the Ol-mak-kaim River [Courtenay River], the Tso-lum or Puntladge River [Puntledge River], the Chaw-wil-ecq Plains, the Avoca or Tsa-mai-chin Plains, graves, an "Indian" village [K'omoks Nation: Comox 1], and a government reserve. There are also sketches of the land cover covering some of the areas of the map.
