Letter from Sir William Orpen to Lady Beatrice Glenavy (Or-18/Or-19)
One of a collection of 36 letters all illustrated with ink or pencil sketches. Most are addressed to "Bridgit" from "Dijit". Orpen encourages Beatrice to keep writing letters, and he promises to publish them after she's gone. Orpen's drawing depicting a "usual afternoon" in London, of him and two fashionably dressed women on either arm.
