Figure on ladder in truck bed

A graphite drawing by E. J. Hughes showing a panel with a man on the top of a ladder in a truck bed parked in the middle of the street, the man is touching an electrical wire hanging across the street with another figure directing traffic and crowds lining the sidewalks. There are several square/cube sketches and the name "Ken McAllister", possibly referring to a Vancouver-based photographer who was active in the 1940's.
