Download PDFA paper focused on women and feminism in anarchist groups. Anarcha-feminism combines anarchism with feminism, viewing patriarchy as a manifestation of involuntary hierarchy. Anarcha-feminists believe that the struggle against patriarchy is an essential part of class struggle, and the anarchist struggle against the state. The philosophy of arnacha-feminism sees anarchist struggle as a necessary component of feminist struggle and vice-versa. Anarcha-feminism originated in the late 19th and early 20th century in the writings of authors and theorists such as Emma Goldman, Voltairine de Cleyre, and Lucy Parsons.
