- Description:
- Separation qualification record Preuss received upon leaving the army stating the job assignments and special training received by Fred S. Press while in the army. States that he was a pathologist and chief of laboratory service at several stations and regional hospitals from 16 September 1944 to 18 May 1947. Also states that he received his military education at the Medical Service School in Pennsylvania for six weeks in 1944 and received the American Campaign Medal and World War II Victory Medal during his service. Other information includes Preuss' civilian education, civilian occupations, and place of separation. Signed by the separation classification officer Lillian Singer. Letterhead states "Army of the United States".
