- The Lake District on the east coast of Vancouver Island bordered by the South Saanich and Victoria Districts. Detailed relief markings, sketches, and notes show the land forms and land cover including several mountains. Much of the land is divided into numbered plots that correspond to a narrow column of references in one of the map's margins. Named places include Cordova Bay, Elk Lake, Bear Mountain, Saanich Mountain, and Owl's Head Mountain. There are height measurements recorded on the land forms like lakes and mountains.

- An area of land spelled variously as Cayoosh/Kayoosh/Kayoosch/Cayoush/Cayush/Cayuse on the Fraser River near Lillooet with complicated triangular and rectangular lines drawn on the land and references to diagram and book numbers for different areas. Named features include benches, trail poles, Brady's Farm, Bank Ferry, Fort Berens, and Horseflesh Bar. On the back of the map there is a faint pencil sketch of a new pass with relief marks along the route but the with the writing and named places largely illegible.

- Map showing America, the eastern Pacific and Atlantic Oceans, the British Isles, France, Spain and West Africa with MS numbering of (i) Valparaiso; (ii) Callao; and (iii) Panama and Esquimalt, Vancouver Island. Scale: 1 inch to 800 miles (calculated). Originally enclosed with a memorandum dated 10 February 1859, initialled by '[?J].B.', on depot hulks for the Pacific Squadron at Callao and Valparaiso, and on moving the Admiral's Headquarters from Valparaiso to Panama, following Admiral Bayne's request for a depot at Vancouver Island.

- The Nanaimo District on the east coast of Vancouver Island bordered by the Cranberry, Mountain, and Cedar Districts. The map has sketches, relief marks and shading, and notes to show the land cover and land forms. There are numbered plots of land and a few reserves. Several features are labeled "Indian" villages: Snuneymuxw Nation; Nanaimo Town 1, Nanaimo River 2 and Nanaimo River 3. There is a stamp from 1962 and a notes saying "Survey Cancelled Gazette". Many place names are labeled including the Nanaimo or Quam-Qiam-Qia River, Lighthouse Point, Nanaimo Harbour, Chase River, Flea Point, Colviletown, Cameron Island, Millstone River, Douglas Island, Newcastle Island, Exit Passage, Departure Bay, Northumberland Channel, part of the Cranberry District and a road to Pearse's Plains.

- A collection of surveys of Nanoose Bay. Largest map is a survey of the land next to the Gulf of Georgia starting from French Creek and Shamrock Bay to Englishmans River with the road from Alberni running through it. There are several other smaller land surveys of Nanoose Bay also included. All maps have sketches of the land cover in those areas and have numbered grids and measurements on top of them.
