- A Rough But Correct Diagram of the Work Done in the Vicinity of Fort Hope
- Description:
- Centered on Fort Hope (now known as Hope) situated between the Fraser River and the Coquihalla River and including the land surrounding it. Includes Croft Island, Maria Island, a military reserve and many numbered lots. The diameters of certain trees used to mark boundaries are included along with how many acres the lots take up. The buildings and streets of Fort Hope are shown with some of the buildings being divided into blocks numbered I, II, III, and IV.

- A true copy of two maps dated January 9th, 1860 from the National Survey by Capt. Richards on the H.M.S. Plumper, showing the water and land surrounding Burrard Inlet with some markings (hachures) indicating the relief/height of a few areas of land. One map includes English Bay, Coal Peninsula, and False Creek and the other focuses on Port Moody. On both maps there are several areas on the land marked as "Proposed Government Reserves" and the number of acres. Includes scale bars showing Nautical Miles, Cables and Yards. There are also soundings recorded throughout the water.

- District of Hope, Suburban and Country Lands
- Description:
- The town of Hope surveyed by the Royal Engineers and drawn by Meade. The town itself has numbered plots of land, streets, reserves, a public square, a jail, court house, H.B.C. fort, a saw mill, and a cemetery. The town is located between the Fraser and Coquihalla Rivers and the map includes relief marks, notes about the levels of water at different times of the year, and a trail leading to waterfalls. Named features include Maria Island, Hope Creek, Croft Island, and Greenwood Island. There are notes indicating that this map is for general information and it is non-official as regards to property and that the lines of roads and streets are not to be assumed as positively determined.

- Plotted by Meade, Turnbull, and Launders and drawn by Launders from the field notes of Trutch this map shows the District of New Westminster from the Gulf of Georgia along the Fraser River and its North Arm to the Pitt River. Much of the land has been divided into numbered plots of land highlighted with different colours to indicate is the land has been offered at auction, if it was sold, or if it is reserved. Also includes a section of land around Semiahmoo Bay above the 49th parallel. There are notes covering the land describing the land cover and quality.
