The map is damaged and hard to read but there are sketches and notes about the land cover all over the map and there are some places named including Esquimalt Harbour, Victoria Harbour, James Bay, Rock Bay, Swan Lake, Cordova Bay, Cadborough Bay [Cadboro Bay], and Oak Bay. Also shows Indian Reserve [Esquimalt Nation].
