- Surveyed and drawn by F.A. Devereux, 1891. [Signed by P. O'Reilly, Indian Reserve Commissioner, no date.] [Approved by F.G. Vernon, Chief Commissioner of Lands and Works, 4 May, 1892.] Based upon the district name in the plan title, this land was originally part of Coast Land District. Map showing Reserves along Portland Canal which is connected to Observatory Inlet and is divided in half with the left half belonging to Alaska in the United States and the right belonging to Canada. Reserve No. 17 (Georgie) and Reserve No. 19 (Scam-A-Kounst) situated on East Branch Bear River. Reserve No. 18 (Kul-Lan) situated on Salmon River is crossed out with a note "This I.R. is in Alaska". Also included is an inset map showing the locations of these Reserves on the Portland Canal. Limited land cover and other features are included but some soil types are shown along with Blue Point and rock slides.
