Plan of the Town of Lytton and its Environs [02]

The town of Lytton, surveyed by McColl, drawn by Sinnett, and signed by Parsons, with detailed relief markings along the banks of the Fraser and Thompson Rivers. The town is divided into numbered rectangular plots with streets and adjacent to the town there is an "Indian Reserve" and a trail to Boston Bar. Burial grounds, ferry routes, stone sunk, cemeteries, gardens, mining areas, dams, and the water supply are all marked on the map along with a trail leading to Boston Bar. At the bottom of the map there is a graph charting the vertical section of the stream with alphabetical points and the height of the stream marked along it.
