Project material consists of one large folder of architectural drawings pertaining to a proposed residence for “Dr. & Mrs. Robert T. Hosie”. While it is likely that the residence was never built, two sites - Arbutus Road and Tudor Avenue, both in Saanich, B.C. - were proposed. The location of the Tudor Avenue site has been identified based on the provided subdivision plan. Included are floor plans; site plans; elevations; section drawings; a subdivision plan; sketches; and other material produced at various stages of the design process.
