Living sea 18 (1957-09-25) : deep below the sun
A series of documentary kinescopes with filmed inserts dealing with the sea and sea life. Hosted by Ian McTaggart-Cowan. Dr. Cowan introduced the methods and equipment people use to study the deep sea and deep sea creatures. He also showed the diving picture from the sea surface to 13,000 feet deep and introduced the creatures living there, including sea fans, sponges, deep water shrimps, octopus and fishes.
