- Scanned on Plustek OpticBook A300 at 600 dpi Tiff. There are bookmarks throughout (torn blank paper, typically) which, where blank, were removed for scanning and replaced after. Newsprint scraps scanned. There are a number of blank pages at the end of the book: after scan 289 there are 20 blank pages then two inserts, 74 blank pages then two more inserts, then blank to the end. Only the pages immediately before the first insert and those following the final insert were scanned. Digitization by PD. Metadata by KD.
