- Monday, Nov 30th Four Three drafts of The Park Railings . Lunch at R.A.C. with Horace and Ann Wyatt after visit to Allen's. Laura had bad trouble at the dentist with teeth that reacted badly to injection joined us only for soup & coffee. To Manfield: pair of brown shoes 42/- We bought Christmas toys at Hamley's for Julian and Tony. Another draft of Park Railings . Work on refugee film scenario as far as outbreak of hostilities. Laura dictating Belfrage answer for Gollancz. Finished Galt's “Annals of the Parish.”
