Living sea 28 (1958-03-30) : ancient mariners
A series of documentary kinescopes with filmed inserts dealing with the sea and sea life. Hosted by Ian McTaggart-Cowan. Dr. Cowan introduced some ancient fishes which have existed for hundreds of million years. He described the physical characteristics and the ways of reproduction of lampreys, sharks and skates. He also showed the family tree of sharks.
