Land cover and features described on the map include types of trees and soil, Fortune Point, Port Simpson, an Hudson's Bay Co. lot, Pearl Harbour, Big Bay, gardens, Ryan Point, Duncan Bay, Met-La-Kat-Lah Bay, Lima Point, Mission Point, and many small islands.
