Kills [underlined]: While in Banff found a kill
near 12 mile (Hellsdale)

Shot an aged doe that bore a 3"
antler, in the velvet, behind + above the left
eye. This deer upon examination
proved to have a twin pregnancy -
both [female symbol]'s --
One 8 1/4 lbs [pounds], one 8 3/4 - see autopsy
sheet for meas [measurements] - of the young + added
details of specimen.

Warden Frank Wells and Chief Warden
Phillips both mention deer with
fibromata. Wells noticed one individual
that lost them during the summer -
they were long + pendant + probably
sloughed from lack of nourishment
