Screws 3/4 x 6 not trimface
2 gross.
Cut stem + bow, clamp to form
fasten knees at chine level
fore + aft, Fit 3/4 x 1 1/4 oak
chine, attach to knees at forward
end, bend chine into position
+ fasten to knees on transom.
Place keel so as to pass through
Bow but not transom. Jim
cut a notch in the longitudinal
frame + used a 3/4 bolt through
the keel just aft of the bow
Bolted this down before fastening
to bow piece + left ball in until
the boat was complete. Keel 3/4 x
3" [inches] oak 8 ft [feet] long. Fasten keel to
transom . Knees put in later.
Attach gunwale strips, make one
to maintain the rise at bow. -
Fasten side pieces, then plane chine
