Arrested by Chief Langley, Sergt [Sargeant] Walker & [and]
Redgrave, Det [Detective] Palmer, Cons [constable] Jackson Carlow & [and]
others who surrounded Gill's House on Henry Street
where accused was concealed in a woodshed. He was
charged with the Murder of Tom Netes on the 8th [inst?]
on Government St between Herald & [and] Chatham St.
