Ootsa Lake, B.C. [British Columbia] July 16, 1936.
Nesting colony on two small
islets on south side of Ootsa Lake
almost opposite Streatham. 15
gulls there today but we were
unable to land. George Kempple
states that on several occassions
he has landed and examined
the nests.
Another nesting colony
near head of Eutsuk Lake
on small rocky islet.
July 19. Examined colony on Eutsuk
Lake. Eight nests found,
all in fair state of repair
+ composed mostly of grass.
nests set in crevices in the
rocks.
