- 22" Ammunition is used on this short
Range. Much of it is Canadians - "Dominion" Brand.
This is a miniature range which we recently
dug out & built. the stand in front on which
the men lie & fill is [made?] of earth with
sod walls & top [illegible] work of course.
I was the "leading man" on the job & Guy & Paul
worked with me. Naturally at these sort of jobs
the chaps shine & are soon picked out by
the sergeant. The sergeant is a nice fellow, he
looks like a white negroe - you will find him in the
middle with an extra white looking shirt on.
& a shovel facing this way.
