Sickness [underlined]:-
When the two fawns of
last year contracted the
sickness that ultimately killed
them the other deer, particularly
the does, began to pick on
them, Chase them away
whenever they approached
+ strike at them with
their front feet.
Insect pests. [underlined]
Teddy was lying in the
shade, much bothered by
some horseflies that were
trying to land on his nose.
He kept his nose wrinkled
constantly + tossed his head.
When standing he struck
at low flying horseflies
with his fore hoofs.
