- The Rules and By Laws of the Chinese Consolidated Benevolent Association.
1. The principal office of the Association shall be at Victoria British Columbia or at such other place as the said Association shall from time to time appoint.
2. The said Association may from time to time appoint such branch offices as they may think desirable.
3. The members and firms who have signed the original articles of incorporation and the officers and trustees thereby appointed shall until the holding of the meetings hereafter appointed be and form the said Association and officers thereof.
4. Meetings of the said Association shall be held annually at the offices of the said Association.
5. Members of the said Association shall pay an entrance fee of $2.00 and $4.00 when any member thereof shall leave for China. The Committee of the said Association shall have a right to refuse admission to the said Association of any person they may think fit.
